All valley (Maricopa & Pinal county) teams, (except San Tan teams), must send a representative with team credentials to check-in on Wednesday, December 11, 2013. A minus one point may be assessed to any valley team that does not check in Wednesday.
To speed check in for teams on Wednesday, San Tan Legacy, Excel and Rec teams check in Thursday, December 12 at Snedigar Sports Complex at the shed north of field 16, 6:00pm-8:00pm.
Out of area teams (non-Maricopa & Pinal counties) may check in credentials Friday night at the location of your first game, or check in Saturday at the field 90 minutes prior to your first game. If you have an 8am game at SSC or Snedigar, or a 9am game at Red Mountain, check in is 60 minutes before game time.
Players do not attend the team credential check in!
All teams must present laminated player passes with current photo, along with a copy of the roster and medical releases. No birth certificates required. Rosters must have full first name and last name of the player (exactly matching the player pass) along with jersey number.
Player loan forms are not required if loaners are from the same club. Loan forms are required if loaners are from another club. All participating players must have player passes issued by the same organization, (e.g. team cannot use some passes issued by AYSA and others issued by US Club Soccer).

Payment for the tournament must be received by November 23. Teams will not be scheduled until payment is received. Payments are not accepted at credential check in. If you have special needs please send an email.
