Since 1998 San Tan has Soccer Club has hosted the Ostrich Festival Tournament. The tournament is held each March to coincide with the city of Chandler’s Ostrich Festival which draws over 250,000 visitors. While most of the country is still cold, wet and sometimes snowy, we enjoy beautiful warm sunny weather that is perfect for soccer. The valley also hosts 15 major league baseball teams during this time. Come early and catch a few games of baseball before a weekend of soccer. Last year the tournament hosted over 230 U7-U19 teams from all over the state Arizona as well as New Mexico, Nevada, and Mexico. We offer a 3 game minimum with many teams playin 4 games. Come and join in the fun as some of the best teams meet for a weekend of great soccer!
