Foothills Sports Medicine – South Chandler is proud to team up with San Tan Youth Soccer to be the official Sports Medicine Provider.

A Physical Therapist from Foothills Sports Medicine will be at practice at different times during each week to provide weekly injury Screens at Snedigar Complex during practice times.  Please see schedule below. We will conduct screenings of injured San Tan athletes and provide advice and treatment options. 

Do not wait to see if an injury will get better on its own. Come have it looked at by a Sports Medicine Professional and begin the road to recovery.  If needed, we will refer you to a Physician experienced in Sports Medicine and help you get an appointment quickly.

Foothills Sports Medicine will assess and make a plan for treatment of injuries so that the San Tan Athlete can return to play as quickly and as safely as possible.
