Do my children have to live in Chandler
to play for San Tan?
No. While we do maintain a larger percentage of Chandler residents to
continue to have preferred access to the facilities provided by the
City of Chandler, it is open to kids from anywhere. We currently have
kids playing in San Tan from Mesa, Gilbert, Higle, Queen Creek, Tempe,
Ahwatukee & Phoenix

in November. The Developmental program begins in August with evaluations

April/May and players are added throughout the season. For more information
on the different levels of play, please see respective program links

How do I contact someone regarding further questions?

a number of direct links to specific people in the Club that you can
contact via direct e-mail. By use of the phone number listed on the
web-site (please understand that these calls are listened to on a periodic
basis).
Is San Tan Soccer a for-profit organization?
No. San Tan is a non-profit organization staffed primarily by a volunteer
organization.
How do I sign up to volunteer?
With a Club this large, volunteers are always welcome throughout the
year. The registration forms contain an opportunity to communicate to
us that you are interested. You can also contact Carol Rozinski on the
web-site at any time via e-mail.
What size is the San Tan Soccer Club?
San Tan has over 1500 kids playing in the recreational program, 200
in the Developmental program and 200 playing in the competitive program.
San Tan offers very good sized programs for kids of all skill levels
from ages 4 to 18.
When are games typically played?
Most games for all programs are played on Saturday mornings or afternoons.
The schedules for the entire season will be made available on the web-site,
and to the individual coaches at the beginning of the season. For the
competitive program, the schedule is the same, with some make-up games
possibly being scheduled during an evening. Tournament involvement also
typically involves games on Saturday and Sunday.
How does my child try out for the competitive program?
Tryouts are held during three weekends in May. Teams are typically formed
in June, with open slots kept on all teams. We understand that during
the summer things change, and occasionally people move. As our experience
has taught us in the past, we are open to tryouts for the competitive
program throughout the year. Arrangements after May can be made with
the individual coaches.
